In middle August 2017,China manufacturer adopts 161.6 tons ingot,successfully forged weight 106.93 tons,diameter 7.5 meters tube sheet which is used for hydrogeneration reactor of petroleum and chemical industry,this is the biggest diameter of this batch of 12pcs forgings.

Since the diameter exceed all operation tools’ size,almost reach the maximum limit of hydro press,it has to be done by one time forged and can not take back to the furnace.thanks to chief staff working station and chief craftsman working station,refers to big diameter,slim thickness,big scale tube sheet forings,analyze it’s formation principle and procedure,optimize reasonable technology parameter,innovate and improve forging process,successfully finish forging job.
